Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (CESCL)Training and Recertification
June 4, Bellevue
June 17 to 18, Bellevue

This exciting course examines the most up-to-date techniques in the management of sediment and construction sites. Students who complete the course will receive a Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (CESCL) card, which is good for three years.

Downsize/Right Size Heating Systems Class
June 6 to 15, Seattle
JWhat is so important about “right sizing” HVAC systems? What do we even mean by “right size?” Join instructor Dan Wildenhaus for an introduction to right sizing/downsizing heating systems. Enter the discussion of what it takes to most efficiently and effectively heat and cool homes with a 4-hour classroom session and two Saturdays in the field. Field classes are taught by Tom Balderston and Suraj Lobo.

On Dec. 9, 2013, the Built Green Executive Committee approved an update to the single-family checklist. Beginning on July 18, 2014, all new construction single-family/townhome projects will be required to adhere to the new statewide New Construction Single-family/Townhome Certification checklist.
