Green Canopy Homes

Dwell Development – Built Green 5-Star Single-Family Home
Verifier: Evergreen Certified

Dwell Development ups its ante once again with its first net zero electricity home. With over eight kW of locally manufactured Itek solar panels, this home is expected to generate more energy than it consumes-putting electricity back onto the grid! Thanks to its professional grade gas fired range and high efficiency gas tankless hot water; this home is lovingly referred to as the “Almost Net Zero Reclaimed Modern.” Along with being Dwell's first truly Net Zero Energy home, this address also boasts more reclaimed, recycled, and salvaged materials than any other previous Dwell construction.
