The Sensible Built Green House demonstrates how to build
a home that is healthy, attractive, affordable and environmentally
friendly. The project also qualifies for Energy Star, Engineered
for Life & Construction Works. It is the first home to
qualify for a 5th Star rating with more than 400 points.
