Wild Radish's slogan is "Healthy Living By Design" and the award-winning, 3-Star Built Green certified Hydrogen Condominiums demonstrate how great health begins at home. This development’s design, materials and construction methods were selected only after careful consideration of the impact they would have on the environment and health of the development's families, neighborhood and greater community. Above all, the Hydrogen Condominiums adhere to a high level of non-toxic construction methods.
The first considerations in non-toxic construction start deep inside the home, focusing on core systems regulating air and water. To that end, active air venting and circulation, air filtration, water purification and reverse osmosis systems were installed. Additionally, all construction materials, paints, and finishes were selected for superior health attributes, and only no-VOC paints and low-VOC, immediate-curing grouts and sealers were used. Designing bright, functional spaces is also fundamental to a healthy home. In the Hydrogen Condominiums, airy open floor plans incorporate both natural and augmented light, which reduce the home's dependency on electric lighting. All of these features and more invariably result in a home that is energy efficient, environmentally responsible and healthy for the occupants.
